Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

 

Service Level Agreements are critical for todays telecom, datacom, and computer industry but they are rarely fully understood. Under an SLA, a supplier undertakes to supply a service to a client at a particular level, dependent on operational and budget needs.

We can provide a range of agreements tailored to each customer, no two are the same and are most certainly not off the shelf solutions. All our SLA agreements will:

  • define the service required
  • set quality standards
  • define any deliverables
  • define a means of compensating for failure to meet the standard required

Ideally, an SLA should be a self-enforcing agreement within a continuing relationship and Xbridge will work closely with clients to maintain this.
